We have gone through a lot to make our factory be condusive to making custom cabinets efficient. When we purchased this building it was a very old furniture factory. It was dark inside and very old wiring and out dated machinery, so we started by rewiring the entire building, we change out all the plumbing, we took out the entire roof and we installed energy efficient coated ply, special roofing material and windows to keep our building efficient and temperature friendly. We installed more than 30 sky lights to bring in the natural light. We istalled filtered air systems to bring the fresh air in and then two paint rooms to spray catalized conversion varnish finishes. We then brought a dust free oven structure to keep our finish quality what it is. We automated all the things that should be automated but we kept things like hand sanding, hand applying our stains and spraying so our products don't look like a production cabinet.

We were one of the first to invest in screen to machine technology in california so our experiance is vast in this area. We have invested in cnc controled dovetail and cabinet door making machines. This allows us to make exclusive cabinet door designs chunkier and more substantial than most of our competitors and for less money since we can control the entire process.
